SEND Teaching English 教英文
Give a gift and meet a need. Speaking English is a gift that many missionaries bring with them. In almost every country where SEND missionaries work, English is a highly desired commodity. A good grasp of English often opens doors to higher education and better paid jobs. Go Prepared.There are various levels of English teaching. University level and teacher training programs generally require a TESOL degree or TESOL certification.English teaching as part of church plnating team or evangelsitic outreach may not require a degree, but TESOL training is very helpful. Teaching informal English camps can be done by almost anyone who is a native speaker of English. Know the Goal. Remember that English is not the end goal. Neighbors and contacts who might never be interested in spiritual discussions will come to English class. Relationships become personal friendships. Conversations will go deep very quickly as you and your students explore the meaning of words and language. 在阿爾巴尼亞，SEND團隊透過鄉村外展事工、戶外探險活動、英文學習營會、青少年事工、大學外展事工、查經班、運動、英語師資培育以及社區保健等活動來接觸許多經歷戰亂，遭受失去親人與家產悲劇的穆斯林家庭
阿爾巴尼亞事工相關新增資訊：
經歷了幾世紀以來不斷的戰亂與族群衝突，阿爾巴尼亞人已被分散在中歐南部地區，主要是阿爾巴尼亞、科索沃、蒙特內哥羅這幾個國家
SEND在這地區的宣教事工開始於1993年，當時共產公社制度失敗後，一些農夫回應政府的號召，組成短宣隊前去重新訓練當地的農業。SEND宣教士接續，並繼續培養與當地人的關係，使之更加密切，並且因此能自由的透過尊重的態度，以福音與人群接觸。
阿爾巴尼亞人高度地認同自己的身分是穆斯林，但在生活中卻少實際遵行宗教規條，不論如何，現在阿爾巴尼亞人已經緩慢、低調地逐漸對福音產生回應，尤其是透過各種營隊活動。而這些新生信徒是否有能接受門徒訓練，對於他們的屬靈成長是非常重要的關鍵。
約書亞計畫是一項研究計畫，目的在於主動去找出目前阿爾巴尼牙人中哪些族群是最少有耶穌跟隨者存在於其中.你們可以在這裡查詢到相關的族群、語言、數據統計、以及宣教活動等資訊。

這世界目前有65％人口是居住於不允許宣教士進入的國家（不核定宗教簽證），但這些人們迫切需要有機會聽聞並回應福音。國際差傳協會 SEND International 宣教士尋找不同於有創意的方式及管道來取得簽證進入這些國家居留、接觸當地人及分享關於耶穌的好消息。國際差傳協會 SEND International 主要的創啟事工主要是位於中國及穆斯林國家。
因為創啟地區事功的敏感特性，公開分享的資訊因此非常有限，但上帝自己持續動工，親自吸引這些創啟地區的人們歸向祂。祂不會被政治力量或政策所隔離與侷限，祂正在建立教會，而我們尋求機會與引導來與神同工。

SEND Poland 波蘭
SEND Poland works in Regional Impact Teams (RIT)which establishes reproducing churches in strategic urban centers, while facilitating other developing churches in the region.Missionaries have established two churches and the RIT's are involved in two more pioneer church plants while facilitating and additional three through training and mentoring.
Missionaries connect with people through language schools, discussion and game clubs, sports and youth ministries, and a coffeehouse.
Poland is one of the traditional catholic countries in Europe yet the vast majority of Poles think God is irrelevant for daily life.
Few people work with teens and young adults and the traditional church is quickly losing influence among them.
Poles are filling the void with materialism, secularism, alcohol and pleasure-seeking. www.send.org/poland
